Liked: Staff was very friendly at checkin and checkout.
Disliked: Our room had dirty floors; broken spring on one mattress making it lopsided and loud; live bug in bathtub (may have been a bedbug, no other evidence of any more).

Liked: Very comfortable beds (almost too many pillows, though). Employee greeted us nicely and switched the room to a two bed room withoit any problems. Breakfast is easy but everyone finds sth (waffles, bagles, english muffims, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, milk, coffee). Unfortunately everything comes in one-way cuttlery / containers / plates.But can recommend this place. Pool looked quite big and clean. We didnt use it

Disliked: The Active crime scene and police stopping me from going in or out my room after active crime scene.very very scary and traumatizing to say the lease.

Liked: The receptionists and breakfast lady in general were pleasant and kind.
Disliked: A woman got shot multiple times and DIED on the property.The room was dirty on many levels, the floor grease in every corner, the bed sheets have multiple stains on them. The light did not work, it was dark in the room. No way to open the curtain without other people not looking into your room. The cleaning staff walks into the room as they want, even if you have "do not disturb" on the door and say NO when they knock, I was naked, the lady walked in and even after seeing that I was naked and was dressing she still continued opening the door and walked in.They have also mixed in the number of nights I was planning to stay and CHARGED several times for the same night and charged more than I booked on booking for.
