Liked: Hotel was clean. Plus there were lots of cameras which in Chicago is a great sign of safeness and security.
Disliked: Upon arrival discovered that a $100 cash deposit was required. Luckily I had cash or we would have had to use the atm.I picked this location because in the pictures there was an exercise room. Upon arrival (and despite a sign that said there was a workout room) after talking to the person at the front desk there was no workout room. I was disappointed and would have picked a different place if I had known.
