Location of hotel was great; room was awesome; clean. Check out was fast and courteous.

Basically, this hotel works because it is in an excellent location and the rates are cheap for downtown Miami. After that, it's pretty disappointing.

Liked: Excellent location; low cost.
Disliked: Weak Wi-Fi; TV didn;t work; bathroom sink faucet handles leaked; no washcloth replacement; no drinking cups; windows looked as if they hadn't been washed since the hotel was built.

Very close to the James Knight Convention Center - very convenient location for conferences there.

Liked: Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: None of ice machines worked; no coffee pots for hot water in rooms.

Ok option, but overpriced

Liked: Comfortable clean beds. Friendly and helpful staff all the time.
Disliked: Breakfast is served in an area that lacks almost completely of chairs and tables, making it very inconvenient specially when several guests are there at the same time.Valet parking costs 25 dollars, and public parking near the hotel 20 dollars/day. Not cheap, and neither convenient.
