Disliked: Only few people were at the hotel and was still given a room with a half broken lock if you weren’t double or triple checking it it didn’t lock first morning went to get breakfast and then as told there wasn’t any only to have a man knocking on our door a few minutes later handing us 2 brown paper bags inside were snack size pretzels a twin pack of frozen mini muffins and a Sunny d I asked if there was anything available nothing elaborate a banana piece of fruit or a yogurt as I have a health condition in which I cannot eat gluten and was told no and the guy just turned and walked away We went to the front desk on the way out to breakfast and asked what was going on and was told there would be an actual breakfast like promised on the following day we got up early went to breakfast to find a 3 pan steamer buffet but each was only fill d with the same thing about 6 sausages in each one then a few slices of bread were out and a couple pastries or a waffle there was no employee to be found working the breakfast so I went to the front desk to enquirer if there would be anything gluten free offered without even looking up to acknowledge us said no then continued to completely ignored us never had suck poor customer service a lazy uncaring employee just sitting there useless Wyndham use to be our go to hotel but never again after this experience

Filthy, Moldy, Cigarette Pit -...

Liked: The room was filthy & stank of cigarette smoke. There was black mold in several places - some spots they tried to paint over. Could not find anyone from the front desk. The heat wasn’t working properly. The spa tub had rust colored debris coming from the jets. Mold on the tiles & ceilings. Terrible water pressure. Debris coming from the faucets. No fitted sheets. Filthy mattress pad on the terribly uncomfortable cheap bed.

Liked: Location was good, right out the highway and close to attractions
Disliked: Breakfast was not what we expected, other hotels we've stayed in offer free HOT. Breakfast. Yours was a brown paper bag consisting of small bottle juice, packaged store bought mini muffins, powerbar. Television was difficult to understand, for people who don't have roku. Temperature control unit was loud during the night, every time heat was called for, it woke us up.

Liked: Nothing - this hotel was unclean, very poorly maintained and dirty.
Disliked: There were several areas of prominent black mold - some areas evident where the contractor had painted over the mold. The service was extremely poor. Strong odors of cigarette smoke in the room & throughout the hvac system. Hotel staff barely spoke englis

Disliked: I dont know why the coffee maker and the mugs are in the bathroom. And no creamer & sugar.
