Disliked: The bathroom toilet had a mechanical problem in the middle of the night, causing it to run continuously.

Liked: The management was exceptional! I was experiencing one of the worst and most painful times of my life and the manager took time out to hear me and comfort me. She showed great compassion toward me and I am very thankful. The breakfast was included and was delicious with many options.
Disliked: The computers didn't work.

Liked: Room was fine. Facilities were fine as well. It was a decent hotel.
Disliked: We booked this stay through booking.com and was charged upfront for the 2 night stay. Upon check out the hotel then charged us again for the same stay. We contacted the office after seeing the charge on the credit card and asked for a refund. They agreed it was a mistake and said they would credit back the 2nd charge, but never followed through. I am very dissappointed with the management of this facility. This seems like a scam. I have reached out to our credit card company to dispute the charge and will also to disputing with booking.com. This is unacceptable.
