Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: My two night stay was cancelled by the hotel for not checking in the first night. I was charged for the first night with my second night being cancelled. I had to scramble to find a hotel that Saturday night. The hotel guaranteed a refund and failed to do so after 30 days. When I spoke to the manager she blamed me for her incompetence.

Liked: I stayed a while back when it was a different hotel. I loved all the upgrades. It looked so much better.
Disliked: The only issues we had was the t.v. the black guy that wears glasses was awesome tho. He came up and helped us figure it out. There was a outlet out.

Bad

Liked: Will he charge me $200 deposit and told me that it would go back on my card the day I checked out oh no they're not going to release it till the 11th of April and that's really hard on guys that are out of town working when they're on a fixed income as it is and then a f****** hotel takes all their money and cause interest off of it in their bank account for 10 f****** days

Liked: breakfast came in a bag. Had alot of stuff. most of it was good.
Disliked: Let us know that you don't clean the room every day so i know not to put towels on the floor. Also wished pets were allowed even with a deposit.

Liked: The cleanliness was good.
Disliked: Mattress were very old definitely need to be replaced.We were confident that we had a room to stay once we were in Spokane, but when we arrived at Howard Johnson to check in, we got told that our room was canceled. We had to book again, then instead of paying $ 323 American dollars for two nights, we had to pay $ 518 American dollar for 2 nights. That was really disappointing we will definitely try other hotels next time when we will travel,
