Liked: When I walked in, I could smell the disinfectant and the place was cleaned very well. The TV was nice and had good channel options. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The breakfast was a bit sparse but I always like those waffles!
Disliked: The parking lot was in rough shape with broken glass and potholes. Our window screen was broken in half and laying in the parking lot (not a big deal in the winter but jeez, what happened here?). The heater/AC unit was so loud that you had to crank up the TV volume to unpleasantly high just to hear it. The refrigerator was making some terrible noises that sounded like someone was breaking into the room. The walls are so thin that someone in the next room was coughing and it sounded like he was standing behind a curtain in our room.

Liked: Basic but good cereal selection.
Disliked: Room was half below ground with a great view of the tires and front bumpers of the parked cars. The heating fan was loud and irregularly intermittent.

Liked: Poor, very poor. Customer service i.e front desk was horrible. They were not professional at all.

Liked: Even though there was an issue at checkin. The guy did his best to correct the situation. It was during renovations and our room was very clean. The bottom level was more cold and the heater kept going on and off all night. I have noticed more that I need ear plugs in hotels and could hear a lot. I am a light sleeper and had to put ear plugs in due to the noise in the hallway. Friendly and clean. We would stay here again. The tubing hill is across the street. Next time we will have to go there. Leavdville people are super nice and welcoming.
Disliked: I could hear people coming in after the bars closed. It wasn't the hotel's fault.

Poor

Liked: Great location - right next to a sledding hill!
Disliked: Couldn't sleep at all between the thin walls where you can easily hear every conversation/kids from other rooms to the air conditioner turning on and off every two minutes.
