1. Booked a "smoking" room.. there was no such thing. Entire hotel is smoke free. 2. Plumbing sucked, toilet clogged, shower slow, no tub. 3. Sheets were dirty and had hair under - poor housekeeping 4. Advertised amenities: pool, gym, smoking room. There was no pool, or gym. There was no pool, or gym and it is a smoke free facility. 5. Little to no parking. 6. Bedside lamp had no knob to turn off and on, blinds were stuck broken. 7. Had to ask housekeeper for plunger. I witnessed them spray disinfecting spray on sheets, give a quick wipe and remake the bed - never changed bedding. We left IMMEDIATELY!

Disliked: The property itself was probably ok. The location is next to the busy road so it’s very noisy there. The beds are terrible.The reason we chose this hotel was because we were going to park our car there for the vacation week. They charged us for the parking at their territory but than reparked my car at the further parking which was cheaper and even were not going to transfer us there. They extra charged us for the staff that was not informed about at the beginning. The worst customer service, no communication! The worst experience in my life!

Clean but very outdated.

Liked: Very clean and James, night manager was superb. Nice shuttle to airport.
Disliked: No elevator, paper thin walls, broken blinds and no morning coffee (until James offered us his own) and some random $15 fee added to our bill.

Liked: Airport Shuttle is a big plus! Most of the staff were nice. Location is pretty good close to other businesses and transportation.
Disliked: The floor in my room had some crumbs on it. hair was in the shower drain.

It was fine.

Liked: Location was good for the airport. Shuttle options were also good. Staff was nice.
Disliked: Room smelled like someone had smoked in it. For a long time. One mattress had a big sag on the side.

2 beds but none of...

Disliked: Extremely uncomfortable beds, you move the bed and the springs make a loud noise, uneven and deep beds, blankets don't heat up, they're those thin ones from Walmart that cost 10 dollars, I spent 2 nights here because as soon as I checked in I paid for both and the bureaucracy to return 1 night was extremely difficult leaving and staying to avoid having headaches, I woke up more tired than I went to sleep, the walls you could hear every noise, the TV in the next room was on loud all the time and not even the reception could manage it. make the customer turn down the volume, in the room above his floor is bad, loudly below everything that is said in this hotel can be heard in the rooms, the windows and blinds are both full of dust. They don't have a refrigerator, of the 5 sockets in the room, only 2 work, both far from the bed or table, the carpet has a horrible perfume smell that I had to leave the room open for some time for the smell to go away, horrible wifi, the staff are good but the hotel is horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
