The hotel was nice; close walking distance to everything. The room was nice and clean. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
Liked: Asia, the woman at Guest Services that checked us in was amazing. So helpful and friendly and went above and beyond.
Disliked: The pool was closed.

Overall it is centrally located, with nice helpful staff. I think that a bottle of Pepsi purchased at a vending machine down the hall from your 179.00 dollar room should be much cheaper than 2.25 - that's ridiculous! But this is common at all hotels these day. I would stay here again based simply on location and staff.
Liked: Very pleasant room - nice and clean.
Disliked: Twelve dollars for parking plus jacked up price since an event was being held at Blue Cross Arena.

Price was reasonable. Walking distance to Water Street Music Hall. Staff was nice. Had an escalator in the lobby which was cool.
Liked: Sports bar on premises.

I found this hotel to be in a great, central spot. I have stayed here 2 times - once for business and once for pleasure, but both were only overnight trips. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean but dated - the one negative I have had was with the bar staff who seemed very slow and not very customer service oriented. The rest of the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay again if I was seeing a concert at the Blue Cross Arena - it was less than a 5 minute walk down very well lit streets.
Liked: Very friendly staff. Very accommodating.

It's not bad, nothing too special.
Liked: It's convenient in Rochester, view of the water is nice.
Disliked: Updated but still shows it's age, just overall average impression about it.
