Shocking service

Disliked: I am unhappy with this service, the first room had blood on the wall (room 5) then moved into a separate room and people are now arguing and sounds like doing balloons at 1.30am after calling the attended we have been told there are no other rooms. We are now going to check out this hotel and return the key card. I would like a full refund, and this is appalling service videos can be sent via email if neededI am absolutely appalled at the service here. No hotel should ever be like this. Regardless if it is based at a service station, no one needs to hear people arguing or seeing they are going to hit each other at nearly 2am when others are trying to sleep constantly hearing the sound of balloons surley there should be some sort of repercussions for the residents next to room 12( our second room) and some compensation for the fact we were forced to leave at 1.30am because the staff couldn't have a word with them or swap us to another room The fact the lady who came to change our room the first time was not fazed by the blood splatter or bloody fingerprint on the wall and just said "it's alright its just from the previous guest" is not how it should be at allThanks to the morons next door that like keep people awake with their scruffy lifestyle kudos to you I wouldn't even rate this at 1/10. Disliked: The property was very scruffy and dirty and in need of a total refurbishment. The is no staff at the property, other than the staff at the shop in the services.
