Liked: Great hotel; great price for the area. Great suites! The four of us were very comfortable in the two room suite. Walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say, really.

Disliked: AVOID THIS PLACE! There are working thieves! Got charged 68.68 USD for things that we didn't take from the minibar. Hotel didnt informed us, but they just took money from the account. No receipts, no information - nothing.Just shortly after our arrival, once knocked housekeeping and opened the door (without our permission on their own). Asked if everything is alright with the minibar (the housekeeping was Mexian looking lady). We said yes, and she left. That already left us with suspicion. After a couple of days, I noticed deduction from the bank account. I contacted the hotel, but they didn't reply. Manager Kelly ignores it to this day. Then, I found another email, and the worker informed me that's these are minibar charges. I explained the situation that we didn't take anything, and they said that they forwarded the request. There is nothing still to this day. Awful customer support. Avoid this place.

Disliked: Upon check in, the lobby smelled like strong chemicals. Elevator was broken had to take sketchy hallway up 3 flights of stairs to our room. Our room was disgusting. Floors haven’t been cleaned, curtains were full of dust and spider webs, no outlet plate, exposed wires, unfinished ceiling, to name a few. I did not stay the night and was told I would be refunded. 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund. The general manager Mark Kelly refuses to handle the situation. I have left numerous emails and messages. Horrible hotel. Horrible customer services

Liked: What a fantastic place! I'm puzzled as to why the overall rating is so low. It's only a 3-minute walk from the beach, and there's a CVS right on the corner where you can find snacks and drinks 24/7, which is very convenient. On Thursday nights, there's live music, and the noise protection is excellent; when you close the balcony, you can't hear any noise from outside at all. If you're looking to save on parking, there are multiple garages within a 5-minute walk with lower rates across the street. Most hotels in the area don't offer free parking because it's not feasible. The only downside is that we enjoyed spending time on the balcony so much that we didn't get much sleep 😅 The woman with short hair at the front desk has a very positive vibe 👍🏻
