Pleasant stay except the thin...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable beds.
Disliked: The ceilings were thin and the people above us were elephants. We called and complained to the front desk but nothing happened. We resorted to banging on our ceiling to shut them up.

Not worth it for the...

Liked: I thought the overall atmosphere was very family-friendly and the staff was helpful! That being said, it is not a place most kid-free couples would like to stay. Even though the pools and pool decks would get dirty throughout the day, the rooms felt clean with a very nice palm-springs vibe.
Disliked: I think for the price of the stay, especially with the resort fees, it was not worth it. Having stayed at other resorts with similar pricing, this one did not meet the same criteria. For example, the pools were not cleaned until the very end of the day and they were constantly out of towels. Additionally, there were no major resort perks like discounts for drinks or spa treatments and even their advertising for happy hour was incorrect.

Liked: The size was great, several choices to eat, a great happy hour, and a wonderful pool area.
Disliked: My room was right outside the pool area, and they have a DJ at night, only until 8pm, but I had a terrible headache and it was kind of hellish.

Liked: The pool was nice.
Disliked: Asked for early check-in due to spa appt—Denied. Arrived to huge line of people. Was LATE for spa appt. Spa suggested I wave my hands and tell others "I have a spa appt I need to go ahead" What? Requested room with Tub ON MY RESERV and at counter. Keys were given and said "here's your room with tub". NO TUB. Stood in line LONG time again to change room. No rooms available with tub. Dinner took 90min to be delivered and it was COLD. 3 EMPLOYEES could not tell me where the spa was. Front desk removed resort fee in Lue of tub. But they billed me $10 for a movie (WE NEVER TURNED the TV on). Shall I go on? My birthday trip was bunk. ALL I WANTED WAS a tub.

Overall, this property was decent....

Liked: Overall it is a really nice property. Liked that they had two restaurants, a coffee shop, a gym and a spa! There is also a 7-11 across the street and also a restaurant across the street as well(RICKS) very yummy!!
Disliked: Upon arrival our check in time was 4pm but we had to wait 45 min until our room was ready so we didn’t get to our room until almost 5pm. Our room was not cleaned properly. The tub in our room was so dusty, it took so long for enough water to fill it up for use. On one side of the bed smelled like someone had thrown up the day before. The smell was still strong. The carpet it self didn’t smell or feel clean. Because it is dog friendly the entire carpet was full of dog or cat hair, the sofa bed as well. We went to have dinner at the restaurant and I made reservations but we had to wait 45min for our food. When at the pool they had no towels available all 3 days we went/ we had to wait for fresh towels for quite sometime. margaritas are $15 not even a decent amount for the price in my opinion. The photos make the place look really nice but it definitely they should improve their cleaning.
