Riverside Inn & Suites Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz

The place was clean and in a good location but there was nowhere to park when we got back after a late show. We had to park on the backside of the hotel by the road. They should have parking for all that have a room. Otherwise it was good for the price.

Liked: It was a great price and in a good location.
Disliked: The only thing I really didn't like was the parking situation.

I personally would never stay here again, especially not for $200 a night! This is equal to a Super 8, or maybe worse. Lesson learned! There are tons of other places near the Catalyst club - consider this review fair warning.

Liked: Walking distance to the boardwalk, the Catalyst, and another plus is the skatepark directly across the street.
Disliked: It was gross, this room is not worth the money! Total dive. Weird smell. I was creeped out. The wifi had issues and the fridge didn't work.

Great value with great customer...

Liked: The owners were so polite even when a lady was banging on the wall in the middle of the night cause her baby woke up. We we?re playing a board game and not being loud. The owner agreed asd apologized. Our room smelled so clean like bleach asd they gave us extra towels asd quarters for the ice machine. The lamps have power plugs and usb plugs for electronics. Will stay there again.

Disappointing

Liked: comfortable beds. nice shower. good location
Disliked: I booked the room specifically for the location, I needed to have wifi access for my laptop and kids devices to keep the. occupied while I work and the router was down. We were too tired to change hotels as we have waited a few hours for it to be fixed. disappointed.
