Great location, convenient and worth...

Liked: The location is ideal for visitors to Zion NP. The bus route/stop is close by and keeps you from having to drive. We parked at the property and didn’t drive until we left 3 days later.
Disliked: The property is showing its age. We stayed on the second floor and had to carry 6+ bags up and down the stairs, not a big deal but for older folks you may request a first floor room.

Dirty.

Liked: Nice bed.
Disliked: Dirty. Dust on soap, and some plastic trash on the bathroom floor. Water in the shower came out yellow at first!

Very good

Liked: The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets so we were able to plug in all of our tech.
Disliked: The room was on the smaller side.
