Disappointing, but not horrible. I...

Liked: Great location. The owner (?) came promptly to my room to swiftly resolve a small issue.
Disliked: The reception desk was empty when I arrived-- no bell, but a phone number to call. Unfortunately, it went directly to voicemail. Eventually, an attendant arrived, but her mask was below her nose. The doors to the rooms are locked via a keypad which is very difficult to use. I am a young person and I struggled, I can only imagine someone who's older or whose eyesight or dexterity is compromised would have massive difficulties operating the keypad. The doors themselves offered very little sound protection - they fit poorly in the frames. The DIY coffee/tea station was not at all in keeping with Covid safety protocols. I appreciate a small business trying to keep afloat, but I was disappointed by what seemed like disregard for customer safety.

Disliked: The 25 dollar weekend guest rule.

Liked: Rooms were clean and the house is beautiful. Can't beat the location. Just so close to everything around. The staff are polite and courteous and always willing to help out.
Disliked: Because it is an old house and there are hard floors. You can hear people walking, things being dropped or dragged across the floor. Wasn't too bad but can disturb your sleep, if you're a light sleeper.
