Liked: Loved the location! On the mountain away from downtown but still close. They have shuttles going to town if you don’t want to drive. Staff were very friendly and made my birthday celebration trip extra special!
Disliked: That we couldn’t stay longer!

A lovely hotel with great...

Liked: This is a lovely hotel that's warm and welcoming with stunning views from all the rear windows. The staff are always friendly and make a point of saying hello and can't do enough for you. We were very happy staying here and will definitely use this hotel again should we return to the beautiful Banff.
Disliked: I wish that the breakfast buffet had been open throughout our stay rather than just on the weekend. I also wish that there was a larger menu in the lobby area restaurant.

Liked: If you have kids you can go to the pool, skate, go for walks around the property and take the bus into town. Also very close to the gondola and hot springs.
Disliked: Not a lot of kid friendly food selection.
