Been past 4 years, still...

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding. Beautiful location on the board walk. Rooms are great with kitchenette.
Disliked: Not as clean as last few years we stayed. Cobwebs above bathroom lights, lamp shade missing on a lamp. Towels from pool/spa left out on tables. Garbages were over full especially after breakfast on weekend days. Seemed short staffed? No one ever asked if we needed clean towels or toilet paper. Had to go to desk for things.

Overall the stay was good

Liked: I liked that the hotel was right next to the ocean, there was an indoor pool, a lot of places to go to within walking distance and the free breakfast .
Disliked: I didn't like that the hot tub was not working most of my stay, but was fixed the last day, cleaning people came in and didn't fully clean the room and the towels weren't washed correctly. The parking lot was extremely small but there was valet parking to accommodate it. Although, there were some issues during the stay, the supervisor and manger fixed the concerns and issues

Disliked: Room was in not maintained well. Carpet was worn and torn. Shower head was malfunctioning. Patio furniture was work and torn. Bathroom fixtures were broken. The breakfast was limited or unavailable for the timeframe promised

REALLY???

Liked: The ocean.
Disliked: Where to start, well parking is a nightmare and they offer valet but if you have a vehicle that you don't want anyone else to drive that's useless. Plus, they can park it anywhere. Secondly, don't bring food or shop for food if you plan on cooking in you room the room we were in the stove was at least 2 inches off the floor, so cooking on it was impossible because of the rocking, and the refrigerator well it wouldn't close found out that they put a rail on the door that would've fit if the refrigerator was level just like the stove. Thirdly, the bed was like laying on rocks. Never again, will we go there.

Mixed feelings about this stay

Liked: The location was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The view was beautiful.
Disliked: My driveway holds more vehicles than the hotel parking lot does. The room seemed clean, but during our stay, I broke out in welts. After informing the desk, they changed the bedding and cleaned the room. The welts continued for the remainder of our stay, still baffled about why they started. The woman on the desk that night was the only one who called the room to check in on me. Even though the manager was kind enough, he didn't seem authentic. An offer from the manager for a discount or a free night stay would have been a nice gesture.
