I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and want a great hotel to stay in. There is so much in proximity to this hotel!
Liked: Rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was courteous and friendly and the breakfast was fresh.

Not as good as advertised
Liked: The hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel was very clean and the intendant in charge of the room cleaning and service was extremely helpful and sweet.
Disliked: Some of the employees at the reception desk were not the most welcoming and definitely not very efficient. We asked for some assistance with a bathroom issue and were told they had sent someone. An hour later, no one had come and I went down to the reception to ask again. After they called someone on the phone before my eyes, the intendant came in less than 2 min, which means the message hadn?t come across the first time. We were also 4 in our room and only had 3 sets of towels. I asked once again at the reception for them to change our towels while we were out of the room with our dog and made sure to specify we needed 4 sets of towels. I was told once again ?will do? only to come back to the room were they had left only 3 sets of fresh towels. I knew the message would probably not come across if I went back to the reception and found the room cleaning staff on our floor instead to get that extra set of towels that should have been there from the start. All in all, after having read amazing reviews about the hotel, we were disappointed with the stay... The breakfast was good, but not everything was fresh and delicious as the reviews had advertised it. For the price we payed and with the 100$ fee for our pet (which is usually 20$ or 25$ in other pet friendly hotels), I would say we have stayed in way better hotels. Once again, if it were a cheaper hotel with less stars and great ratings, we probably wouldn?t have been as disappointed, but the price/quality just wasn?t there for us.

Liked: The space felt like a little home, comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: Although the room was to my liking, I tried to cancel the booking a day after making it and about a week before check-in and received no response. I requested the free cancellation through booking.com which stated the response would come through in approximately 48 hours. I heard nothing back. I called booking.com to see if they had some information but just havent gotten back to me as yet but they stated the hotel did not respond to it's request at that time. I was put on hold while they tried calling directly and no one answered so they sent a second request through email. I went through the trouble of trying to get the free cancellation because a family member offered their home to me and I no longer needed the booking. In any case I expect a cancellation fee but not one that is 20 dollars less than what I paid for the entire booking. So I stayed because I didnt want my money to go to waste. If i was cancelling last minute I could understand having a high cost cancellation fee but it was a week ahead of the booking.
