Very nice clean room. We felt like we were home away from home.
Disliked: Breakfast should be until 10:30am.

Great and convenient weekend
Liked: The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. We also liked the size of the suite and the small convenience store located downstairs.

Liked: Breakfast was good, excellent selection, including fresh fruit and yogourt. Location great for why there, valet parking too slow and vehicles parked out front so couldn't access, found our own parking.
Disliked: valet parking as mentioned above

Liked: Your breakfast buffet should run until 10 930 cut off is a bit ridiculous when your on vacation with five kids and get down to have breakfast at 945 after waiting for the elevator for ten minutes to be told breakfast is over theres coffee on the other side. Im was not impressed with the employees response telling me & my 5 kids(under4) could go have coffee.

A great hotel in a...
Liked: We LOVED this hotel! The location is fabulous. It is a very short walk (5 - 10min) to the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Scotiabank Arena, the Hockey Hall of Fame, public transportation, and Rogers Centre. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. The staff was very friendly/helpful and we even received an upgrade to our room because there was no roll away bed available. The breakfast in the morning had good variety although I did have an issue with the waffle maker not turning easily. The hotel was clean and quiet. Great for families who are visiting the Toronto area.
Disliked: Our biggest issue was the parking situation. We didn't want to spend $50/day for valet, so we found a parking garage nearby that was only $30/day. We did have to walk with all our luggage about a block because there is nowhere to pull up in front of the hotel to unload. We saw many other people doing the same thing all over the city though so maybe it's just the nature of being downtown. The only other negative (and given the location again this may be just expected) would be that the view from our rooms included a wall and balconies of another building and windows to other rooms in our building.

Good hotel, centrally located, parking...
Liked: We got upgraded to a suite for free. The hotel is pretty centrally located to wherever you need to go in the entertainment district. We went for a concert at the Scotiabank arena and it was about a 10 minute walk.
Disliked: The parking situation sucks. Hotel has parking but it's valet only. We just ended up going with that because we didn't want to deal with the hassle. It was $50 though! I get that Toronto is expensive but seriously? Anyways... Only other thing was the mattresses are very firm.
