Very poor

Liked: The place has the feel of a rundown motel, but at a hugely inflated room rate. Horrible breakfast offerings and unfriendly staff.

Very nice and comfortable room...

Liked: Size of the room and all the extras were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Actual plates and flatware was a nice touch.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very disappointing

Communication failure

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: Communication. I asked for a room with a tub. Wife needed to soak her knees due to a medical condition. We were given incorrect info twice. Meaning tubs are not available. They did make effort to make it better by sending us to another hotel. It was better and did have a tub.

Disliked: The toilet and shower honestly didn’t appear clean due to visual hair. Also there was a broke wrack/glass shelf in the bathroom. Maybe who cleaned it was having a bad day
