Maria checked us in and was such a positive influence and she helped us with everything. I recently became disabled and was unsure how I was going to get my niece and myself to an event I was taking her to for her13th birthday at the civic center and Maria walked us through exactly what we could do and Micheal the shuttle driver helped us so much and went way beyond what he has to do because it's his job. He just made my family feel so special and I could just go on and on. I can't forget Tony - my niece was making a poster for our event and had ran out of tape. Tony told us to wait and he could help us out - and like everyone else, he did. I can go on and on, there were so many great experiences we had as a family. We will be back and will always send friends and family there.

Liked: It was very clean and staff was great
Disliked: I had to pay $30 a day for parking without Valet or Concierge service. Then about 1:00am all I could hear was something that sounded like someone beating on buckets until about 3:00am. The second bedroom air didn't blow as much as the master suite but it was doable. Overall the stay sufficed for our length of stay but don't think I'll stay again in the future.

Noise level out of control-...

Liked: Friendly and helpful front desk staff
Disliked: Until the hotel management and local police can get the noise level under control from the corner gas stations and middle of the night pop up parties with blasting music, we cannot ever stay here again. The entire hotel was kept awake all night long with police finally arriving at 4am.

Stay right where the action is near the university.

Liked: Great location right by many restaurants and bars. Convenience store across the street. The room was spacious and clean. The king sized bed was dreamy. Good breakfast too.
Disliked: There's a venue across the street that plays live music. It is LOUD, so if you're a light/early sleeper you will want to check if something is playing before you stay here.
