Great stay and amazing breakfast!

Liked: The room was amazing, I wish more hotels were like this. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 17 year old son. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Can't wait to stay there again.
Disliked: Everything was great

Liked: The breakfast was done well and the location for my purposes was very good.
Disliked: The layout was a little hard to figure out at first, but that was about it.

Business trip, lovely staff,cold noisy...

Liked: Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice - comfy bed ( tho supersoft pillows with no support!). Fab pressure shower. Netflix on the tv. Cold breakfast had good choice. Scrambled eggs were far from the nicest I have ever had tho.
Disliked: Windows and door were not sealed properly, so the room was always so cold at night. Made it difficult to work in the seating area with a draught coming in. The room was facing expressway, and noise was extreme at all times of the night. The fact that the door is not sealed properly and the windows not closing properly does not help.On checking the room b4 checkout, I found a note apologising for noise and relling of the availability of ear plugs and white noise machine. Note was hidden in a drawer I was not using. Would make more sense to leave it in view. And maybe look at putting soundproof windows in rooms facing the road and new doors..Also cut back trees covering the lights walking to rooms on other side of the road.
