Liked: Room features such as 2 tvs, kitchen
Disliked: Way too noisy. This room should not be used. There are 2 large exhaust vents outside the window that go off and on routinely and are louder than keys taking off across the street. There were 2 maintenance items reported twice, only one was fixed.

I have stayed in Residence Inn before many times. This was a below average stay.

It was a good Sarasota visit except that experience from the poor customer service. The lack of empathy was disappointin

Disliked: The Asst. Mgr Salina did not bother to listen to my concern as the TV wood panel dropped and hurt my leg. She just assumed that there was a note not to pull the panel. I t was a wood panel that was loose and not screwed. Luckily I was able to avoid it and just had a scraped skin and bruises.
