Liked: I love the rooms, the pool and the staff

A home away from home...

Liked: The location was downtown central. It was close to everything a traveling family needs and wants. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They were also precautions in terms of entry but once checked in we quickly understood it was a safety and quality control measure and felt grateful for that measure of caution.The heated indoor pool is an amazing asset and you can use it all year long. The pool and gym hours were fantastic. The room was clean and as expected from the pictures shown by the hotel. When asked for restocking or cleaning the staff was quick and efficient to fulfill our needs.
Disliked: The incidentals was pretty high and parking too considering the location, but our experience there was worth the money spent.A food for though to improve the hotel’s gym amenities is by including more weight lifting machines. There’s only Dumbbells and a bench. For active members we would like variety, not only cardio equipment(treadmill/indoor bicycle). That means adding strength training and specialized machines that would be exceptional!
