Liked: I absolutely loved the staff. So courteous and helpful. Made my birthday so much more special. And the location was convenient. The food was great. Hospitality like no other.🥰 My stay was perfect.
Disliked: There was not a complaint at all.

Liked: Customer service was beyond the BEST w/hotel employee. Traveling w/my G-baby late night & she attended me @ my car to accommodate the baby. She literally walked around the parking and took us to our room in the 3rd floor. That was going beyond the extra mile

Amazing Staff!

Liked: I was in SA for a procedure. From the day of my procedure to the day I left, the Staff went above and beyond to make Myself and Husband's stay comfortable! From bringing me 6 or more extra pillows, towels, to even getting the extra bed ready for my husband! Every morning my Husband would go early to get my breakfast and was always greeted with a WARM Smile. When my Children came to visit, they were treated just as well (even got fresh cookies from front desk)! Thank You for the HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER CARD (Signed by the STAFF) that was on my table the day I return from my procedure. :)
Disliked: The 1 only thing was the Breakfast Sausage :(.
