Great value & great staff

Liked: Very nice rooms w kitchenettes. Very, very friendly staff. The best "breakfast included" breakfast I've ever enjoyed at a hotel. So much variety of breakfast items and plenty available. Close to many restaurants.
Disliked: Room window could not be opened more than 3inches.

Liked: The environment is great and the facilities are okay. Breakfast is good as well.
Disliked: The passive aggressive and condescending demeanor of the front desk lead- I had to switch my room because the AC was broke in the original room I was put in. And to compensate me for the inconvenience, the manager instructed the lead to award me 20,000 points which she (I am not sure why) refused to do.After repeatedly following up, she then decided to award 10,000 points instead of 20K.I eventually had to let it go cos I just didn’t have no more interest in talking to her about it.Moreover, the actual points meant for the duration of my stay is still yet to be awarded as well!

Liked: I liked how convenient it was to downtown slc and many different varieties of restaurants/activities
Disliked: Upon arriving, front desk was nice. However my room was not clean, there was some takeout left in our fridge that housekeeping may have forgotten to get, crumbs on the sofa and little crumbs on the table, in the pictures for the one bedroom suite the room looks spacious, not sure if it was my specific room but it was very crowded in mine, I didn’t like the fact that when I got to my room there was also no bedding, just a sheet and pillows. We had to request bedding from front desk. The TV was very difficult to manage as well, the buttons on the tv didn’t work and the remote seemed like it would not connect with the tv as you had to push the same button about 5 times to get to the channel or turn up the volume. Gaming systems do not connect to the wifi which is a bummer if you are traveling with kids. Breakfast was ok, we arrived 30 mins after breakfast started and everything was empty besides the cereal and bagels. However, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel. There are a lot more options downtown that would be nicer.

Disliked: The breakfast menu could use an upgrade.
