Booked through ConcertHotels.com and definitely satisfied. Nice spacious, clean room. Walking distance to amphitheatre. And breakfast, other than being free, was delicious.

Disliked: Staff was very unprofessional and lied so they could keep my deposit. We’re not even smokers at all so they must have needed money badly or went in after the staff maybe smoked during housekeeping which would not be a surprise. The front desk girls had attitudes and were gossiping and cursing when I checked in so I was already leery. I think that’s why she kept my deposit because she was told she was very unprofessional
