Disliked: The staff was really the worst. I left my Airpods in the room and then realized that I left them in the room. I called the staff in the reservation and they said we would check and get back to you. They didn't get back to me and I called them after that day they said we couldn't reach out to our housekeeping staff and we would ask them at 3 pm. They never called me back and I called them again a couple of times and they never answered me. I have never seen this kind of staff before. I had just one simple question: Did you see my Airpods or not? If not then tell me "No, we haven't found them". It shouldn't take 2 days to figure out and reach out to housekeeping guys.

Disliked: way too crowded in such a small space. really couldn't get to anything at all given how crowded and disrespectful and ignorance of those people in the area that just had to fill their pockets and get to everything, so we went to a diner. that was a big disappointment.

Liked: I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times over the last few years. about a half dozen times over the past few years and I have found the staff to be above and beyond helpful, generous, friendly and focused on making my time there comfortable and easy. it has become the only place I stay when I come to that area two or three times a year.
