Liked: Staff was excellent, breakfast was superior to other hotels, very clean and the perfect location.
Disliked: I wish others in the hotel would be respectful of guests. Room across was so noisy, screaming kids, slamming doors until 1 a.m. You would think the parents would be more respectful in disciplining them.

Disliked: The ceiling/roof caved in at 11pm at night due to rain. I had to be moved to another room with a child. I want a refund.

Disliked: Was charged on two different credit cards was treated rudely felt like I was racially discriminated against gender discrimination and unwilling to provide help to solve the situation with the double charges and was also not told there would be a hold put on the debit card that I used to check in very rude management
