Disliked: Noisy air conditioner/heating.

Liked: The room had a nice modern theme and it was comfortable. Also the included breakfast was pretty good and not entirely the same both days.
Disliked: Bathroom door was broken. Which is pretty common. Over 4 of the hotels I've stayed at had broken bathroom doors. I don't know if the walls were made of cardboard but on the third floor I could hear all sorts of traffic and even people just walking down the halls.

Liked: The hotel was amazing and comphy. The kitchen in the room was a great way to save money on meals. They upgraded our room to give us more space. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean, staff was smiley and friendly. We will be staying there again for sure.
Disliked: Nothing this hotel was amazing

Disliked: I ended up paying twice! The clerk at check in couldn't find my reservation. He honored the booking.com rate but charged my card anyway. When I got home, I see that booking.com charged it a couple days earlier, too. Tried calling the hotel general manager twice. No call back. I am still in dispute about it.

Liked: Beds were awesome, breakfast was good, parking was the best...we parked right outside the door to the front desk! Just a $6 Uber from everything!

Liked: The location was fantastic - right by the Stone Arch bridge. Close to everything downtown but just far enough away to be quiet and safe. St. Anthony Main/NE right across the river. The parking ramp was a little pricy, ($19/night) but it was underground and heated and we could take the elevator from our floor in the hotel straight into the underground parking.
The staff was very friendly, and the pantry is very well stocked. (Frozen pizza saved us on New Years!)
We paid $120/night for a king studio. (Incredible deal!) The room had a fireplace and a very nice layout. A desk, kitchen table, full fridge, and a TV that swiveled 180º.
Disliked: The only thing that bugged me was that the cleaning service came in regardless of the No Service sign I had placed on the door. Granted, it had been two or three days, and they probably assumed I forgot to take it off. I normally decline cleaning services until the end of my stay and tidy up myself because I don't like being a huge slob. This was embarrassing to me because it was after New Years, and the room was a disaster.
