Very good

Liked: Great location, excellent breakfast, comfortable clean room.The staff was very nice, especially the attendant at breakfast.
Disliked: Our ice maker was not working, and no one came to check after they promised they would.Our toilet was very low, lower than standard, and made it difficult for my mobility challenged sister to get up and down.

Liked: Great personnel. Very good at their positions. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Not aware that there was such a huge charge for a pet. $100.

Liked: The person at guest services was able to remedy our situation and upgraded our second room at no extra cost to accommodate our needs.
Disliked: Your description of the 2-bedroom on this booking site literally says, "The unit has 4 beds." We counted on that when booking. When we arrived, there were only 2 beds and 1 pullout sofa. The description says there are 2 pullout sofas. We selected this hotel based on that even though there were options closer to the event we were attending. We were told that the hotel doesn't even offer a room with 4 beds and that the description advertised was inaccurate.
