Perfect hotel for a large group of people to stay at; perfect for people who need somewhere to live for a short time; all the comforts of home and very friendly, helpful staff.
Liked: The room felt like home; loved the space and the setup and the fact that everything was available in the hotel; buffet breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: Nothing, I loved this hotel.

First and last time because...
Liked: The hard working people during the breakfast. A young lady came to check often and replenished and so did another young man. They were courteous and kept things clean.
Disliked: Before booking here check out Homewood Suites by Hilton or even Holiday Inn across the street. For the same or higher comfort + pool + way more choices at breakfast and the varieties of fresh fruit at a lesser cost! At times the price difference can be 70 dollars less- so think again before booking here. My stay would have been good but Jake or Jacob at the reception working the night of April 6 and April 7, 2019 (only man there, the other was a nice lady, he says he is a MANAGER! He left me having to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else. At least as long as he works there. No courtesy at all or tact so he got me upset on the phone 12 hours after check out when he said he does not have the time (that would be less than 10 seconds) to inform a guest about a fine print that is nowhere to be found about holds on card when booking through a 3rd party. If there is no fine print, how am I supposed to know? He was also condescending and he didn't know I have traveled on several continents and gone to 3, 4 and 5 stars and know what to expect in what situations and how a good manager responds besides what are usual practices where. I go away leisurely up to 3 times a year, that is besides my trips for work and not counting the trips for religious purposes. So 1st at your hotel (and definitely the last time) but not my 1st time in a hotel. Actually he was the only one acting the way he did and I feel sorry for the people working under him with his arrogance if he actually is the manager. The other staff were nice and thank heaven for them. They make the place. The place was quality wise comparable to Homewood and Suites by Hilton. I liked Homewood better because Homewood is even roomier, has a pool and a more generous variety of choices when it comes to the free breakfast plus at times cheaper.

This was a well cared...
Liked: The suite was even more spacious than I expected. The beds and pillows were comfy, and even the sofabed was fine. The downtown location was perfect for us, as we were attending an event at Centennial Hall, a couple blocks away. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Because we had to check out so early, we missed the breakfast (perhaps next time). I would most definitely stay again if ever needing a large space for family.
Disliked: The only negative issue was the young men partying most of the night on our floor; earplugs took care of that.

Liked: I booked the two bedroom suite for a coworker and I attending a conference. It gave us privacy with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms at a fraction of the cost of booking two separate rooms at any other hotel.
Disliked: I highly recommend this hotel. It is like home away from home.
