So when I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 at night, the lady at the front desk told me she did not have the specific room I had put a reservation in for. She was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience - she then offered me another room with an upgrade of a jacuzzi. I was at the end of that night happy with my stay.

Disliked: Staff would not accommodate room close to the elevator (on crutches for an injury). The noise outside went very late - basketball bouncing at midnight.) The light in the bathroom was broken and came on all night long!
