Liked: hotel is in a great location, comfy and clean.
Disliked: Seems like they could have done a bit more advance planning at breakfast, given that the hotel was sold out and many folks would not be going out to other places due to the glut of people in town for JMU homecoming. They were running out of many things and then they rushed out some items that didn't seem to be hot enough. Needed an extra blanket or comforter for the fold out couch. The price was pretty up there - I've stayed in hotels for homecoming weekends for many, many years and I recognize that costs go up when folks are in town, but $479 was kind of over the top in my view.

Liked: The breakfast had limited choices but was hot/fresh and tasty. The catering staff was very friendly and professional.The desk staff was professional, friendly and polite.The hotel was clean.
Disliked: There are areas in the hall floor where it dips and caused me to trip (on the 3rd floor towards 335). The hot fresh cookies are a great idea... but, having them open for everyone to put their hands in was concerning. Nice idea though!The price... WAY too high.
