Liked: Nice place. Clean, comfortable room with small kitchen and sitting area. A tasty breakfast thrown in as well. Definitely a good pick if you are in the area and in need of a bed for the night.

Overall good dtay

Liked: Customer service overall was great.
Disliked: Toilet was clogged, problem was water valve was turned off. FD clerk was very attentive and took care of the issue. Constant eyesore coming in/out seeing old food plate/tray and other trash sitting on the floor near another guest room door.

The hotel was clean and...

Liked: The breakfast was good--standard fare for a complemenary breakfast. I really liked the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I requested room service in the morning before we left and was told it would be done that morning. We retuned in the late afternoon. Two housekeepers were chatting outside of our room and the room had not been cleaned. The housekeeper offered to clean our room then, but I was not feeling well and needed to lay down. I requested towels. The housekeeper was quite apologetic and even wrote a note of apology which was appreciated.
