Always a fun time

Liked: We always stay here for our "staycations" and we always have a good time. We love the room size since we have 3 days we take 2 and it's my hubby and I then we bring our kiddos!! I love the windows open to get some fresh air.I love the pool and work out area.A basketball court is nice. The staff was super helpful!Outside was clean and building looked niceWe always enjoy our stay and the children love it too. They are familiar with it and know what to expect. We had fun swimming, it was quiet and the kids enjoyed it!
Disliked: Our heat/ac was very hard to regulate.The toilet appeared used as there was hair in and on it. The basketball hoop was bent.Our key card didn't work coming in from the courts to the pool.

Quiet, Restful, Comfortable and hotel/breakfast...

Liked: Check in- reservation was not received. However, the front desk staff honored the reservation price. She had a Great attitude with an inviting spirit. My grandchildren were tired and she did a wonderful job in accommodating my family. So, thank you.
Disliked: The no reservation situation was a little off putting. Especially after driving all night.

The noise put a damper...

Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. Had to turn the volume up on the tv as well as sleeping with the noise was uncomfortable
