Liked: Miss Alex was very helpful! She had great suggestions and is a great asset for the company.
Disliked: The door to room 1112 was very difficult to open. Someone with a hand or arm handicap would have a very hard time getting in. The room was comfortable but not really handicap friendly. The furniture was not easy to move around in a wheelchair.

Would stay again if not...

Liked: It was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was good also!
Disliked: The deposit you have to pay on top of the room charge.

Liked: The room was decorated nicely. It was clean and well stocked.
Disliked: The bed was firm . Received a call at 915p on a Friday that all the second floor had to be quiet there was too much noise. We weren't making any noise as we were laying in bed watching Harry Potter.. Could have been worded differently.

Liked: The staff, specifically Natalie, was extremely accommodating. Having quick access to the fire pit was lovely and the overall suite was comfortable. The areas location is great as it offers easy access to highways and food options.

Disliked: The room was not clean. Hairs on pillow and bathroom wasn’t clean. Door was extremely hard to get into. I’m glad I brought Clorox wipes etc to clean everything and I used a blanket I keep in the car
