Liked: Breakfast is usually the same stuff and some of the kitchen help doesn't like to give us bacon whenits on the menu, one guy said there was no more bacon left and another guy brought some out to me and another day there was only turkey sausage for breakfast and I had to wait 15 minutes for eggs and Jimmy Dean sausage definitely not what I'm used to at this hotel.
Disliked: Kitchen food and service

Great stay, would definitely recommend...

Liked: The staff, cleanliness, and hotel itself were absolutely outstanding. I have no complaints about that.
Disliked: My only complaint was that my room was not ready at check in time. I had to leave and come back an hour later to allow to for the room to be cleaned.

Liked: The staff were excellent and very professional. They treated us well.

Liked: Some of the Front Desk workers were warm and cordial. The others were cold.
Disliked: Our first night we experienced cold room. The heating system in the room was not working properly. On the second day complaint was made and we were moved to another room. The first room should have been ready before we arrived.
