Liked: Perfect location and the staff were lovely
Disliked: We had some problems with the room but the staff was able to fix it very quickly but the shower pressure was not the greatest. Regarding the breakfast , the space is small and there wasn’t a lot of attention regarding the clean of the tables. Just merely a suggestion, I think if it was removed the lower tables in the breakfast area it would be possible to fit more tables.

Liked: There is a tea and coffee machine in the room. The hotel has a regular breakfast.I really liked the restaurant on the corner of the hotel.
Disliked: The air conditioner was very noisy. It was cold in the room without air conditioning.The rooms are tired.Dirty windows in the hotel corridor.

great location for London, but...

Liked: Location was fantastic for what we wanted to do. Staff were welcoming and polite. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: wrong room allocated, bathroom smelt, shower did not work.the room was "tired" and needed re-decorating.Walls between rooms were extremely thin.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location to many restaurants and the tower bridge tube. This place was run very well.Thank you to staff at the Marriott suites.They served a lovely breakfast.
