Disliked: The fireplace was not operational and when we called the front t desk they were not kind. I paid more for that type of room and it was not right. No refund or discount was offered. The room was chilly and no extra pillows. We asked for blankets and received one.

Liked: The room was amazing the high definition of the TV was incredible and the overall comfort of the room made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk with.
Disliked: The channel selections were very basic and slim there wasn't much to watch outside of Freeform or Comedy Central. Maybe like 25-30 channels but that was my only complaint ill be ok.

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The bathroom area with the additional vanity space was great.

Liked: The location was good, hotel was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was good and I would recommend your accommodations.
Disliked: I would have appreciated some meat for breakfast. We could hear the elevator very loudly all night long. Our windows were drafty.
