First choice to stay
Liked: 1: Room was excellent 2: Location3: Cleanliness 4: Comfy
Disliked: The A/C & heater - vent filters need to be replaced/changed very dusty

Unprofessional and unsafe
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: A maintenance man was in my room when I went to put something in my car. My belongings were still in the room and it was prior to check out. There was no reason he needed to change the battery in the smoke detector before I checked out. I could have been in the bathroom when he entered. Very bad service and the manager didn't really seem to see the issue. Ran the hotel like a cheap apartment building not Marriot. Very disappointing

Nice stay spoilt by double charge and awful customer service.
Liked: The stay itself was very pleasant. Far better than the 5/10 Ive given this review. The rooms were large and comfortable, staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate. BUT we were charged by the hotel for our 2 rooms despite having prepaid on Booking.com. Mistakes happen. But the hotel did not respond to my messages about this issue nor did they respond to Booking.coms attempts to resolve the issue. The representative for Booking.com said they will not tolerate this behaviour and I hope they do not. Terrible customer service has spoilt what was a pleasant stay.
Disliked: AWFUL customer service. Very disappointing. Thank you Booking.com for resolving as the hotel seemed totally disinterested in doing so.
