Liked: The room was very well kept and clean.
Disliked: The fact that I booked a King room was put into a double queen room and when I asked it to be corrected I was told that there was no availability for the time frame that I was going to be there and that I would get a discount for my inconvenience . A discount was given for the first night but not the other nights because the front office said that they tried calling me the next day to move me , I never received a call from them.I would recommend that Andrea at the front desk be informed on the correct way to address an issue and that she does not offer solutions that she is not 100% sure of. I would also recommend maybe adding some sausage and bacon to the breakfast. Not everyone eats whatever that meat substance was that was being served . The breakfast serving area could use a cleaning, there was spilled food all over the serving area and no cups at the juice area.

Just what we needed.

Liked: The room was very spacious. It felt like a studio apartment. It was very quiet and we hardly heard anyone around us. We were never bothered by the staff of the hotel and they were very nice whenever we spoke to them.
Disliked: Parking was very limited and when the hotel was full we had to park on the opposite end of the hotel. I believe that you should provide more than a roll or 2 of toilet paper. We were there for 5 days and we had to ask for toilet paper several times. The free breakfast was delicious but it would have been nice if it was changed up a bit. We ate the same breakfast 5 mornings in a row.

It was not a good...

Liked: I made my reservation online then I got an email asking if I wanted to upgrade n I said ues n picked the upgrade to findout when we got there they didn't have the upgrade available but didn't let me know til I checked in. Then the front desk lady couldn't tell me how to work the heater n come to find out the motor was out in the heater so we had to use 3 little portable heaters.
