Liked: We stayed to celebrate Valentines. The hotel staff helped with decorating the room in a very romantic manner, free of charge. The staff also took care of couple of articles we forgot that I assumed must have been disposed off. They informed us that they are keeping the items safe for us to pick up.

Convenient and comfortable location for...

Liked: Great location if you need to stay overnight at the airport before a flight the next day. Handy for parking and also close to car hire locations at Heathrow. We only stayed one night, so didn't really get to see the facilities, but they looked good. Room was very nice, up to date, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Despite overlooking the runways, you couldn't hear the planes so the double or triple glazing was very effective.
Disliked: Breakfast was pricey and the shuttle bus was only slightly cheaper than getting a taxi to drop off two people at the terminal.
