Friendly staff.

Liked: Affordable price.
Disliked: The place had an old smell. There were only two small pillows on the bed. The wifi server never connected. Breakfast was not very appetizing. There were typed signs about all foods that are to be eaten in the breakfast room and are not to be taken out. There were also notes to tell you to get breakfast out of the refrigerator or closet. The only thing in the refrigerator was a jug of milk and a jug of tea. The tea was spoiled. My bed was not made up when I returned back to my room at the end of the day. I asked about the room service and I was told that if you spend several nights they normally don't make up the beds. But if I requested for the beds to be made up; it would not be a problem. In my bathroom there was not a stopper in the sink or tub. A previous guest left their boxer shorts in the lighting fixture above the sink in the bathroom. I was very disappointed in the reservation. I will not return to that hotel and I strongly advise others not to make a reservation there as well.

Meka, Chickasaw Wed, 15 April 2015

They were charging double because of Black Beach Weekend which I thought was a little too much but they obviously thought it wasn't.

Liked: Great location - everything is in the area including the beach, Mississippi Colisuem and the casino's etc. Breakfast was good and the check in staff were nice and friendly.
Disliked: The chairs, lamps and microwave weren't like new and the smell wasn't the best.

Not very nice at all. I wanted my money back after I had seen it in person.

Liked: Close to the Mississippi Coliseum!
Disliked: Not what we expected - not as nice as they make it look and not very clean.

Poor

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The rooms were awful. The linen was nasty on the bed. The bedspread had stains on them. I couldn't stay there I asked them for a refund and found another hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Disappointing

Liked: The fountain in the lobby
Disliked: The smell of the property is unappealing as well as the area in which the hotel is in. The staff don?t greet you before asking you questions.

Very poor

Liked: Lobby was the only good thing about the place. Leaving was the best thing.
Disliked: The food was mostly nothing, sausage tasted like rubber. Smoke detector goes off for no reason and often. While taking a shower, you stand ankle deep in water and have to leave the shower running so you can rinse your feet off to get out. Looks like black mold all around the A/C unit floor area. Wall paper pealing, looks like mold in the joints. Outside doors not secured, electronic locks cut out, some don't close completely. Outlets so loose, plugs just fall out without help. Health department should comdeem this place as unhealthy.

Very outdated and dirty rooms...

Liked: It was quiet and not to far from our conference.
Disliked: There was no smoke detector in the room, only one outlet between both the beds, the TV wouldn't hook up to the wifi, and there was mouse poop beneath the bedside table.
