Liked: Paid for upgrade room it was dirty not.clean

Liked: Nothing. The roaches and burn holes and broken fridge and microwave and shower really put a damper on our night.
Disliked: The roaches... the rude staff. The broken appliances.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was really nice upon check-in. There was an Egyptian lady. The initial room was smelly of an animal so she swapped me to another room that smelled but not as bad as the other one.
Disliked: The room was full of live roaches in the bathroom area. I slept on the bed with all my stuff in bags and did not take off my clothes. The room was clean besides a lingering smell of animals and roaches in the bathroom. When I told the woman at checkout, she really did not care. If they actually took care of the roaches, the place would be of value for what you pay.
