The hotel is OK to...
Liked: The room has a good floorplan, the AC doesn't blow on beds. Room is pretty large, nice and clean. Hotel isn't very old, in a good conditions.
Disliked: Younger guys of reception were OK, pretty open and supportive. But older indian lady wasn't really supportive. She tried to ignore simple questions. Maybe she thinks she's too important to deal with customers, and her role is to manage younger guys instead. But standing by reception desk and ignoring customers, or keeping them waiting with no visible reason wasn't great.

Liked: Nothing about it was good they weren't even there to check in with the hotel.was closed had no guests ended up having to book at another hotel the night we arrived

Exceptional
Liked: Staff is great and friendly, the rooms are exquisite. The refrigerators are like new, microwaves like new, beautifully clean.
Disliked: Well it's going to be a lot better once it's finished but it's in the process right now of becoming even better than it already is amazing.
