Although this was a non smoking hotel, everyone smokes outside of their rooms so when you turn on the A/C, every room is a smoking room. When I got my key, I opened the room to find two double beds and a horrible smell. I had booked a deluxe King room so I went back to the front desk, who said that my reservation showed two double beds. I told her there was no way I was staying in that room. Not only was it not what I booked but it also wreaked of smoke and Febreze. It left a horrible taste in my mouth. You pay for what you get and this is a cheap place to stay less than 12 hours in to see a concert at Jiffy Lube. I would not stay here for any other reason.

Disliked: Non smoking but mattress, curtains etc. smelled of strong smoke; no blowdryer; no iron or ironing board; only one set of towels.

Liked: The location was convenient for our travels. Lots of food and fuel options nearby.
Disliked: There was no Continental Breakfast.

I wont stay there anymore.

Disliked: Cockroaches everywhere. Water was not working some mornings and we couldn’t even flush the toilet. Parking was horrible.

Disliked: Worst hotel I've been to so far. Place it straight out of a movie or novel when they describe or show a dilapidated hotel. Not sure what the plus means. I went to Redroof Stafford and had the complete opposite experience to this one. I'm 0 for 3 for Manassas hotels so far.

Convenient, good price but I...

Liked: The room was clean. The water pressure was great and the location for me was good.
Disliked: The bed was terrible. It sank as you sat on the edge. The room next to us had his TV blasting loud all night and the road noise was bad.
