Liked: The staff was helpful and polite and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The room had a smoky smell when we first walked into the room. It was a bit disappointing because their were so many non smoking sign everywhere on the outside of the building and when we reserved room we chose a non smoking room.

Sucks, but it's the cheapest...
Liked: Handicap rooms are set up nice. Free coffee
Disliked: Paper thin walls, WAYYYYYYY TOO MANY DRUGS AND DRUG DEALS!!! Always people arguing. Door locks are always messed up, and the housekeepers are super lazy in properly cleaning the rooms, y'all are asking too much for what you actually get

Staff needs work.

Liked: The front desk people in the housekeeper that I got a chance to meet was great people one of the housekeepers looked at me and said they changed her room this Nichols I said yes they did and they said what building did they put you in in the building they put me in the housekeeping looked at me and said good luck and I shook my head
Disliked: Good afternoon how are you sir and man I was dog tired from taking care of my customers that I did business with in Virginia Beach I stay at Virginia Beach hotel Red Roof Inn at least 6 times a month I usually book with you guys or ideal with Red Roof because of a Red Roof member the bathroom door had a fish put into it that was a empty miniature whiskey bottle behind my door the air conditioning system had mold all throughout it I took pictures of it also in case you all would like to see those that was the ice bucket had mold all inside of the top and the inside of it I took pictures of that also that was someone's food left inside the refrigerator of the refrigerator that I asked I have for the room I looked up under the bed and there was the box spring was coming apart and that was somebody's Corona top bottle up under the bed there are things at this hotel that needs to be corrected I was the next day I was changed from the room when I brought it to the manager Trina's attention I was insulted by the fact that I'm staying at 3 days and she offered me a $24 sea to return back to my credit card for the inconvenience and the mole that I got a chance to sniff in my nose and my nose is stuffy right now I am not pleased with the accommodations and the resolution that was presented to me as a customer I particularly don't care that they were understaffed and it was brought to my attention that they had some more people if I do not have enough money to stay in that hotel I would not have been granted a free room I am a platinum American Express card holder I could have stayed at a Red Roof or Marriott but it was close to my customers that I do business with and I take them to Topgolf and have dinner and play golf to have a comfortable environment for business people I stay at that hotel regularly because it's close to the people who I do business with that allows my company to thrive that's the reason why I stay there but the conditions are...
