Disliked: Room was filthy, carpet disgusting, furniture in need of severe replacing, side chair all ripped up, furnace looked like it was a 100 years old. I left immediately after walking in the room and saw the conditions. There was no way I was going to sleep in that place. People loitering on the outside look suspect and suspicious, felt very unsafe.

Liked: 24 hour desk help, close to breakfast spots and college.
Disliked: The property was disgusting. Sheets were dirty, roaches were seen three times during my stay. I called the desk to see if I could change my room and I was told that I couldn’t because I needed to talk to a manager in the morning. It was 3am and I was exhausted from driving all day. I asked about a refund and was told no.

I did not stay here

Liked: I did not stay here because they wouldn't let me check in the night I booked the room I wasn't aware that you didn't allowed checking in after 2am until 3pm. I didn't need the room after 3 because I was back in Augusta.

Won't stay again

Liked: No breakfast,couldn't even get a cup of coffee,lobby closed,pot didn't work in room
Disliked: Bed so high,had to use a chair to get in,cob webs on ceiling stains on bedspread

I was a bad decision

Disliked: Place was filthy. Room in poon condition. I canceled my online booking an requested refund online. Also talked to customer service person about canceling and refund. I have been billed for the room. I am contesting the charge
