Liked: I really didn't like anything. My experience was horrible because of the cleanliness of the room and sketchy people who rented rooms for Lord knows what. Overall my biggest complaint was the room.

Disliked: A/c not working at all 2 inch gap under the door, water was coming into the room because it was raining, glad it stopped raining Location is hidden behind bldgs not visible from highway sign too small

Liked: The customer service was excellent, however, the guest environment was very uncomfortable and rude.
Disliked: It's more like an apartment complex environment verses professional establishment. You don't know some of the staff from guests

Liked: Counter person, at check-in was great. Gated parking. Vending machine with bottled water & snacks.
